Next session: 30 May 2026, 10:00am – 12:00pm. Reserve your free spot here.

Upcoming Sessions: 27th July and 26th October

These sessions are designed to provide a calmer, more accessible experience:

  • Audio and sound levels are reduced or turned off
  • Visitor numbers are limited to help create a quieter environment (free pre-booking via Eventbrite required)
  • A quiet room is available if needed
  • Indoor picnic room
  • All games and activities are adapted to be neurodiverse-friendly. Activities usually include junk-modelling, object-handling, and toys.

Ahead of the Relaxed Morning please see below our Sensory Map and Visual Story.

If you are visiting outside of our relaxed sessions, quieter times are typically:

  • Weekdays: 2:00pm–4:00pm (school groups usually visit between 10:00am and 2:00pm)
  • School holidays: 10:00am–11:00am (busier during the rest of the day due to family activities)
  • Weekends: 10:00am–12:00pm (generally quieter earlier in the day)
