Ever thought about volunteering at a museum? You might be looking to upskill, to get some experience of the sector, or to meet like-minded people and be part of a community.

Come and join us for FREE at Gunnersbury Park and Museum on Thurs 12 September, to dive into the world of museums and volunteering! Here’s your chance to find out more – a day at the museum including lunch that will give you the chance to meet the staff and existing volunteers, and to find out more (over 18s only please).

Programme (11am - 3pm)

11am – 12:30 - workshop about museum object care and cleaning with practical examples.

12.30-1.30pm – lunch

1.30 – 3pm An introduction to volunteering at Gunnersbury, have a guided tour of the museum and galleries with an existing volunteer and find out how you could get involved.
