Celebrate summer in Gunnersbury Park with professional London storyteller, Wendy Shearer. Use your imagination and take part in traditional Afro-Caribbean trickster stories about Anansi the spider.

Wendy uses beautiful props and traditional music and involves everyone in the storytelling. You can act out characters and put your ideas into the stories.  

Afterwards you can draw or write about the stories and make your own craft spider to take home with you.

Wendy is also an author of several books including African and Caribbean Folktales, Myths and Legends.

£5 per child. Accompanying adults go free. Maximum of 2 adults per child.
