We are pleased to announce that the first Humanitarian Memorial designed by artist Michael Landy CBE, RA, has received planning permission to be unveiled in Gunnersbury Park, West London in 2025. Over the last two years, we have been working with the Contemporary Art Society and prominent humanitarians to secure Gunnersbury Park as the host site for this exceptional memorial art work.
Working with leading figures and organisations in the humanitarian aid sphere, Gunnersbury will not only host Michael Landy’s work, but we will also develop a programme of activity and learning to support those who wish to remember and celebrate and those who want to learn more about humanitarian causes.
