This week Gunnersbury is celebrating wellbeing.
Access to parks, access to green spaces and access to creative pursuits are all important for our physical and mental wellbeing.
Throughout the week we'll be sharing some ideas from our local partners on what you can do at Gunnersbury, to benefit both the body and mind!
Today it's Yoga Gunnersbury Park with some throwbacks to yoga sessions held outside and in the Orangery. Check below for more details on how to join in!
Yoga Update
This was a glorious summer of yoga both around the Horseshoe Lake and inside our stunning tropical Orangery, and while we take this little lockdown pause you can find us daily on Zoom. You can expect a strong and playful Vinyasa style from our experienced teachers. All classes are mixed level and open to all.

Tuesdays: 9.15am @terriyoga
Wednesdays: 8am @roberthnewman
Thursdays: 9.15am @terriyoga
Fridays: 8am @roberthnewman / 9.15am @terriyoga
Saturdays: 9am @terriyoga
Sundays: 9.30am @roberthnewman
Classes are donation based, meaning you pay what you can 😊 And for those out of work or struggling financially classes are free of charge. Get in contact with Terri & Rob to book a place.
Classes resume @yogagunnersburypark on Saturday 5th December and will continue into 2021.
