Released via Facebook & the website every Monday in April, every session came with it's own unique spin.
22nd March: Yoga for Desk Jockeys
For rounded shoulders, keyboard neck, iPhone claw, and when you're struggling to come back to Computer Pose. This is your essential yoga toolbox for working from home.
No previous experience necessary. Think of it as a few nice stretches and a couple of handy breathing techniques to cut the brain fog and turn up focus (creativity, performance, concentration.. insert what's lacking here).
Practicing on a mat is preferable but can be done on carpet or a towel on the kitchen floor, or if you're pushed for space plenty can be done just sitting in a chair. Wear comfy clothes (if you weren't already :-))
March 29: Yoga with Rob
Rob will combine 30 minutes of movement, breathwork and meditation to demonstrate connection between yoga and creativity, to enhance creative process and tap into the flowstate.
Movement to break the daily routine, working on the usual suspects of shoulders and hips; breathwork to increase the intake of fresh oxygen, and meditation to enter a state of calm to boss the afternoon. Tools to get rid of distractions, finding presence and stillness to help you drop into your creativity, enabling daydreaming and focus.
This is for everyone, not just for creatives!
5th April: Runners Rehab
Yoga for runners, bikers and hikers to relieve tight hamstrings and compacted lower-backs.
