Host a Stall at our 100th Birthday Party!

2026 marks 100 years since Gunnersbury Park opened to the public, and we are inviting you to celebrate with us! As part of the festivities, we are holding a free, open-to-everyone community fair celebrating the best of Gunnersbury, Ealing and Hounslow on Monday 25 May, 11am-4pm, and we would love for you to be a part of it!

We’re inviting community groups, charities and local creatives to come along at the fair, where you can run activities, promote your organisation or business, or sell handmade art and crafts inside the beautiful Gunnersbury Museum, the Gunnersbury Orangery and in the Park itself.

Want to join us? Please fill in the form below and our team will get back to you.

Practicalities:

  • Gunnersbury will provide a table and two chairs for each stall.
  • Most of the tables will be indoors, but if your organisation already has a gazebo, we can offer 3x3m outdoor spaces as well (unfortunately we are unable to provide gazebos). Please note outdoor spaces are limited, so it is on a first come, first served basis, so if you prefer to be outside, please register early so we can allocate you a space.
  • Stall spaces are free, but we are asking for a fully refundable £25 deposit to secure a space.
  • All stallholders will need to have up to date public liability insurance in place. For organisations with volunteers or employees, you will also need employers’ liability insurance.
  • Once we’ve received your deposit and other paperwork, you will receive a confirmation email, inside you can find your allocated space number, please bring this with you on the day, so our team can direct you to your allocated space.
  • All stall holders are responsible with set up and pack down, we recommend bringing trolleys to help move items, as there is a short walk between car parks and stall spaces.
  • We ask that all stall holders arrive between 8:30-9:30am for set up, as it can get quite busy. Please finish setting up no later than 10.30am.
  • Please be aware that if your stall is indoors, it will be in a listed building, so please do not bring any food or liquid aside from drinks in sealed containers, to avoid any spills.
  • Parking will be available in Gunnersbury’s two car parks, but normal rates will apply.
  • Your stall must be staffed from 11am-4pm, so please bear this in mind when thinking of signing up staff and volunteers
  • You must finish packing up and vacate your spot by 5pm.
